If you buy TV from Sell you are a Value investor as you know that TV actually have intrinsic price of $250 while it’s being sell at $300. Same is with dividend paying stocks in Indian Stock Market as here prices of stock can fluctuate due to various surrounding factors even when stock is having the same intrinsic value. Sometimes we see that a particular stock is under-priced means to say it’s trading below of its intrinsic value and sometimes a stock is overpriced in stock market that is when it trades much above intrinsic value.
